Bowflex PR1000 Home Gym

The Bowflex will give you an good overall muscle strengthening workout.  The more muscle you develop the more the body burns fat to feed that muscle, even when at rest.  So, adding more muscle is a good way to lean-up the body. Lastly, remember that although this is constructive, it’s also supposed to be enjoyable. Well, as much as sweating and pushing your body can be. So make so. Create an environment that is conducive to a positive workout. The apparatus’ we’ve mentioned will provide you with what we feel will be the most   “bang for your buck”, and although they may seem a little pricey consider it an up front cost rather than the monthly membership dues that over time will far surpass the the total cost of the equipment plus any upkeep. And remember that although this is constructive, it’s also supposed to be enjoyable. Well, as much as sweating and pushing your body can be. So make so. Create an environment that is conducive to a positive workout and you will immediately notice the difference in both your consistency and hence, your results.

  1. Schedule it in your calendar – If you know it’s coming, just like scheduling an important call, you’ll make sure you don’t have distractions and can focus on what you are there to do. Even if it’s just a 30 minute workout. You’ll get twice as much done.
  2. Play some music, put on something in the background, enjoy the “me time” and you’ll be surprised how much better and fast the time goes by.
  3. Have goals. Time your cardio, then try to improve on it either going longer of faster. Obviously keep track of your weights, know how much you’re curling, pressing, etc. then try to improve in small but consistent increments.

We will talk about other products in upcoming articles, so stay tuned.
